"Great food has always played a huge part of my family and social life, and I know first hand how great food and a balanced lifestyle has helped me achieve optimal energy levels and feel great, not just merely okay.
"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

In previous careers, I worked long unsocial hours in the City and know how hard it can be to have a well-balanced diet and lifestyle in this fast-living 21st Century world. I am also mum to 3 (perpetually hungry!) children aged 9, 14 and 16 and I hugely value the importance of healthy, delicious and enjoyable home-cooked meals that provide a chance for friends and family to come together without too much effort. I believe that long-term optimal health for mind, body and soul can be supported by making simple, realistic and achievable changes to diet and lifestyle, and does not have to involve complex cooking equipment or hard-to-source ingredients. We are all completely unique and live unique lifestyles. I would love to help you find your personalised plan, with manageable changes that support the help of major body systems, and promote your lifelong optimal health."
